Meat our team- so to speak...
There is an expression that is often misquoted and it goes something like: “Too many cooks spoil the soup”, or variations thereof… It basically means that too many thoughts and ideas put together can ruin a great concept. Well, BritishMeat.org.uk is an observant team of flavors that marinate together quite nicely, thus the cook is essentially left out of the natural order of things. Since there are no cooks present here- we present to you our creative team that makes British Meat so special.
Matilda Hardy (Editor in Chief) ‘It’s not the meat, it’s the motion’
When most people have an opinion without facts to back up their story- it’s my job to set the record straight. The meat industry obviously has opponents on either side who rally for their case to be heard, but rarely do you hear the whole truth for one reason or another. In a nutshell, that’s what I do best in order to find balance in a world that leans toward imbalance.
Russell Declan (Head Writer) ‘A bigger fish to fry’
My focus on writing is as simple as it gets since there is no reason that a good story begins with getting the facts correct. I’m in support of eating meat, but I also love the enjoy well prepared vegetables too. It’s a win-win situation, and I think it shows in the articles I present to you here.
Caitlin Brennan (Writer/Activist) ‘Getting to the meat of the matter’
I simply can’t stand this younger generation that has no idea what they’re talking about. How do they know where animal rights start and stop? After attending no more than a dozen of these so-called ‘rally movements’- I started to blog about it. I feel that my stories point out just how much disinformation there is out there these days!
Samuel Turner (Special Assignments) ‘No beefs with their pork barrel’
I guess you might say that my opinions sound similar to those X-File mysteries, yet the truth is often stranger than fiction. My research in turn tells tales about the alternative activist groups who are hiding something more sinister than what they promote. It’s up to you to decide on your own – what I present in my articles.
As we continue to grow, we’re always open to all thoughts and comments but restrict the open comment blog for obvious reasons. This site is simply is not social media hub that may otherwise be trolled. Otherwise we do care what your opinions and ideas may be- so you can contact us here:
